2. Scope of authorisation
The licence covers the provision of online trading services in over-the-counter derivative products, including foreign exchange, commodities, indices and other contracts for difference. It does not extend to investment advice, portfolio management or any activity presented as guaranteeing a financial outcome. Nothing published by The Company should be read as a personal recommendation.
3. Client money
Funds deposited by clients are held separately from the operating capital of The Company and are used solely to support client trading activity and settle amounts properly due. Client funds are not used to finance the operations of the business. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same account and method used to deposit, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
4. Order execution
The Company takes reasonable steps to obtain the best available outcome for clients when executing orders, having regard to price, cost, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement, and the size and nature of the order. Execution prices are derived from third-party liquidity providers. During periods of low liquidity, market gapping or news events, the executed price may differ from the price displayed when the order was submitted.
5. Leverage and margin
Leverage increases both potential profit and potential loss. Positions are subject to margin requirements published in the account terms and may be closed automatically if account equity falls below the required maintenance level. Automatic closure is not a protection against loss and does not guarantee a particular closing price.
6. Complaints
A client who is dissatisfied may submit a complaint in writing to —. Complaints are acknowledged and investigated, and a written outcome is provided. Records of complaints and their resolution are retained as required under the terms of the licence.
7. Jurisdictional limits
